The School Beam Attendance module is an available component of the School Beam Suite. This module snaps into the suite and allows for the management of student attendance (tardiness and absenteeism) at both the school and the class level. This easy to use module gives a powerful insight into the attendance trends of students. Easily see which days of the week or school days students are most commonly absent or tardy.

Generate Charts - Generate numerous types of bar and pie charts to see attendance trends. Many chart types are available, including absences by school day or day of week.
Export Grades - Attendance records can be exported in an XML or CSV (Comma-Separated Value) file format. This data can then be formatted and/or read into other district programs to use the data in other methods (for example: Report Card Generation).
