This means that all classes, teachers, students, and any other data that is configured using the Admin module (included at no additional charge with the purchase of any other module) does not need to be configured independantly for each module. Any new modules that are purchased or developed in the future will just snap into place and utilize all of the previously configured data (classes, teachers, students, etc...).
Our products support highly customizable permissions. Access to specific functionality of the modules can be configured independantly for each user type. For example, you could configure teachers to only be able to edit class data (grades or attendance) for classes that they are the teacher of, but you could allow the administration staff the ability to view and/or edit all class data. School secretaries could be configured to only generate charts for reporting of attendance or grading trends or give them permissions to configure classes and class rosters so that the effort of configuring classes doesn't have to be done by the IT staff.
All of our products are web based and are set up and hosted on our own servers. Our module licenses are sold on an annual basis and include all major and minor version upgrades as well as support. All updates are applied automatically and database backups are performed nightly. Hosting these modules on our own servers ensures compatibility and relieves your IT staff time to perform other tasks instead of worrying about maintaining another piece of software. Teachers and other groups are also able to use the systems from the comfort of their own home. For example, a teacher can enter assignment grades immediately once they finished grading their papers at home.
We offer a variety of support options including a knowledge base and forum. If you can't find the answers that you are looking for you can fill out a form to have us contact you by email or phone. If any of our products are missing a feature that would be beneficial to you, make a recommendation to us. If we decide we like the feature we will do our best to add it in our next release that will automatically be applied to your purchased licensed product.

Attendance Tracking:
Our attendance module allows users to manage school and class attendance, including Tardiness and Absences. Charts can be generated showing which days of the week or school day (if using a non-Monday through Friday school day system) a student or overall class body is absent or tardy. Attendance records can be exported in an XML or CSV format.
